Josephine McFarlane is the heart and visionary behind Sprouting 4 Success. As a licensed social worker, dynamic speaker, wife, and proud mother of twin boys, Josephine brings both personal wisdom and professional insight to every space she enters. With a deep passion for helping others rise, she has dedicated her life to empowering women, youth, and families to discover their purpose, reclaim their confidence, and grow into the best version of themselves. Her lived experiences, combined with over a decade in leadership and child welfare, fuel her mission to create safe, supportive, and transformative spaces for healing, connection, and empowerment.
Cheydene McGhan
Leadership Team
Cheydene McGhan is a reliable, highly motivated professional with extensive experience in directing and coordinating supervisors and clerical staff to achieve organizational goals. A professional with leadership, organizational, interviewer skills, and a background in public health. Extensive experience in risk assessment and environmental regulations used in various settings; accomplished with administrative and computer literacy. Proven record in developing, managing, and maintaining a safe work environment. Excels at prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously, and following through to achieve program goals. Cheydene holds a Masters degree in Public Administration.

Charmane Brown is a leader, creative writer, public speaker and storyteller who connects with her audience authentically to shift perspectives and find treasures in every life experience.
Charmane has over 25 years of corporate experience and currently leads a team of high performing technology professionals in a multi-billion dollar financial institution. She leads with empathy, love and authenticity and empowers her team to achieve their professional and personal development goals while delivering value to the organization.
She is cofounder of the non-profit, Re-Joyce Foundation, an organization that awards scholarships to high potential students who are facing challenges funding their education. She is passionate about serving those who are economically disenfranchised and helps them to realize their innate genius, fulfill their potential and positively impact their world.
